Settlement

The objective of CCC is to establish efficiently and in a timely manner the net settlement position of the participant banks to enable them settle among themselves and give value to customers. To ensure settlement finality and irrevocability, settlement takes place in central bank money over the settlement accounts of the banks at the Bank of Ghana.
