Invitation to Tender for the Consulting Services to support the roll out of the e-zwich infrastructure in rural areas
The German Government supports the Government of the Republic of Ghana implementing the countrywide, biometric payment system “e-zwich” with financial assistance. After final project approval by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany, the KfW Development Bank, Frankfurt, will grant a loan (BMZ-No. 2009 67 489) and a non-refundable financial contribution (BMZ-No. 2009 70 456) to the Government of Ghana to be used by the Ghana Interbank Payment and Settlement Systems Limited for the countrywide rollout of the e-zwich payment system in rural areas.
Ghana Interbank Payment and Settlement Systems Limited (GhIPSS) takes the overall responsibility and management of the project.The purpose of this invitation to tender is to identify consultants which have the financial capabilities, technical skills and experience to provide consultancy services to GhIPSS for the implementation of the tasks assigned to the Financial Cooperation part of the project. read more...
